Podfire vs Blogger’s Treat: What’s going on now?

After all that hoo-hah, everything seems to have quietened down now.

So what’s the deal now?

What happened to episodes 4 & 5 of Blogger’s Treat? Has everything been scrapped? I did a quick check and I noticed nothing existed anymore. There is only a static page on www.treats.sg

I think they owe an explanation to the blogosphere. Do we continue checking out www.treats.sg in hope of ‘exciting developments’ or should we not bother?

Stop cheating our feelings! TELL US THE TRUTH!

Postnote: Check out The New Socialite’s thoughts. This is one blog that I’m beginning to enjoy reading. Keep it up!

@Workwhore, Your “hunger” for Blogger’s Treat is well appreciated, despite the issues we had to face over the past week.

Sabrina and I (or you can call us SabRon) are currently re-grouping to work on new episodes. The good news is that we have already made plans to start recording this coming Saturday.

Unfortunately, the decision to release episodes four and five is not one that both Sabrina and I can make as we do not have any of the video files.

We are working on a new site and new episodes. Once they are ready, I will personally inform you of them via this blog.

Again, thank you for your support and please accept my apologies of you having to miss the tasty food from Bukit Timah and Pitstop cafe.

    Regards.

    Aaron

I also wrote about Blogger’s Treat and Podfire’s new show Small Girl BIG Appetite. I wonder how this ‘battle’ is going to play out.

i think when they’re ready to come back online, you’ll hear about it. -)

anyway, subscribe to their RSS feeds and Twitter accounts so you don’t have to keep checking back.. well, i think that helps.. -)

@Aaron Koh: More like my hunger for scandals.

@Jonah Jones: Sure, I’ll check it out.

@anon: LOL. Looks like it’s just a ONS.

@brian: Why hello cutie! Thanks for popping by! I do think they should have an announcement to the blogosphere on what’s going on.

I am not sure if Podfire and its related shows were meant to be part of a business or the plan was to eventually grow into a business or just a fun-fun-try-try project. It doesn’t matter. Airing stuff like this between partners is, if not distasteful, rather dumb – no one’s reputation is done any favors.
